Request for Proposals - Safe Routes to School Sidewalk Design

The Town of Boonsboro is seeking sealed bids for engineering services to design approximately 5100 feet of new and upgraded sidewalks leading to the Boonsboro school campus. The RFP and Feasibility Study can be found below, but all proposals must be submitted through the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) online at https://emma.maryland.gov. Proposals are due no later than 3:30pm EST on February 2, 2026.

Written questions will be accepted by the Town of Boonsboro Procurement Officer through eMMA only. All questions concerning submissions and procedures must be submitted via emma.maryland.gov no later than January 21, 2026, at 1:00pm.
