Boonsboro Residential Façade Improvement Grant
The 2026 Residential Facade Grant has been opened and we are accepting applications!
The Town of Boonsboro is pleased to announce the 2026 Façade Improvement Matching Grant program, funded through the Community Legacy Grant issued by the Maryland Department of Housing & Community Development. This program provides financial assistance to property owners seeking to enhance the exterior appearance of their buildings, contributing to the town’s overall revitalization. Façade Improvement Matching grants may be awarded for up to 50% of a project's total costs (with the maximum award amount not exceeding $10,000) and are dependent upon the availability of awarded funds to the Town of Boonsboro through the Community Legacy Grant issued by the Maryland Department of Housing & Community Development. Reimbursements will be issued only after the project has been completed and paid for by the applicant. Only completed applications will be considered.
