Community Notification System

The Town of Boonsboro has a community notification system through OnSolve Code Red. This gives the Town administration the ability to reach participating residents in our community with time-sensitive information during unforeseen events or emergencies. The system uses telephone, TDD/TTY, email and text messaging. During critical situations, Boonsboro staff can use the system to broadcast pertinent information and provide instructions to our residents.

The information you provide will not be shared with other entities and it will be kept confidential. The Community Notification System is used only for the Town of Boonsboro communication purposes.

If you have any questions about this system or need help signing up, please contact Office Manager Kim Miller at or call us at (301) 432-5141, extension 0.
