July 10, 2023 Public Hearing: Ordinance 2023-03; An Ordinance to Amend Ordinance 2012-03 Recreational Vehicle/Trailer Parking Prohibited to Include Mobile Retail Vendor/Establishment

Notice is hereby given that on Monday, July 10, 2023 the Mayor and Council of Boonsboro will hold a Public Hearing at 6:45pm in the Town Annex Meeting Chambers (19 North Main Street) to receive public input on the proposed Ordinance 2023-03; An Ordinance to Amend Ordinance 2012-03 Recreational Vehicle/Trailer Parking Prohibited to Include Mobile Retail Vendor/Establishment.

Ordinance 2023-03 will prohibit the parking of a Mobile Retail Vendor and/or Establishment in the Town Square of Boonsboro at any time. A Mobile Retail Vendor/Establishment is defined as a readily movable, motorized wheeled vehicle, or a towed wheeled vehicle, designed and equipped to sell items or food.
