April 11, 2022 Public Hearing - Zoning Map Amendment

Notice is hereby given that on Monday, April 11, 2022, the Mayor and Council of Boonsboro will hold a Public Hearing at 6:30 PM in the Meeting Chamber at Town Hall to receive public input on an application for a Zoning Map Amendment. A summary of the proposed Map Amendment to the Boonsboro Zoning Map is set forth below:

            Location: Old National Pike(0073M,0013P) Boonsboro, Maryland

            Applicant: Russell Morgan

            Map/Grid/Parcel: 0073/0012/0013, Lot 1

            Acreage: 5.19 acres

            Present Zoning: Suburban Residential (SR) – 5.19 acres

            Requested Zoning: General Commercial (GC) – 5.19 acres

The reason for the request by the applicant is due to a mistake in the existing zoning classification.
