Boonsboro Façade Improvement Grant

The 2025 Facade Grant has been opened and we are accepting applications! 

 The Town of Boonsboro is pleased to announce the 2025 Façade Improvement Matching Grant program, funded through the Community Legacy Grant issued by the Maryland Department of Housing & Community Development. This program provides financial assistance to property owners seeking to enhance the exterior appearance of their buildings, contributing to the town’s overall revitalization. For 2025, standard grant awards will cover up to 50% of a project’s total costs, with a maximum award of $10,000, subject to the availability of funds. New this year, applicants who are 65 years or older or have an adjusted gross income of $50,000 or less are eligible for 100% reimbursement of project costs, up to $10,000.
