BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
BOONSBORO
Notice is hereby given in accordance with the provisions
of the Boonsboro Zoning Ordinance, the Board of Zoning Appeals for the Town of
Boonsboro will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 17, 2025, at
BZA: 26-01. To hear a request for Special Exception to display a Variable Message Board for Mt. Nebo Church.
BZA: 26-02. To hear a request for variance of sign size over the requirement of 32 square feet per acre.
Notice: Pursuant to the Maryland Open
Meetings Law, notice is hereby given that the deliberations of the Board of
Appeals are open to the public. The
Board at its discretion may render a decision as to some or all of the cases at
the hearing described above or at a subsequent hearing, the date and time of
which will be announced prior to the conclusion of the public hearing. Individuals requiring special accommodations
are requested to contact Town Hall at 301-432-5141. Any party desiring a
transcript to these proceedings shall be responsible for a competent
stenographer.
