Town Government
The State of Maryland has requested that the State's American Recovery and Reinvestment (ARRA) and 2010 Census Outreach links are listed on all local government websites. The ARRA link will show the use of ARRA dollars and help local contractors identify project opportunities. The State’s 2010 Census link will ensure an accurate response to next year's survey so that Maryland citizens receive their fair share of federally-funded programs and services for years to come.
To help Maryland families during these uncertain economic times, a website has been created to help qualifying citizens locate and access a range of State assistive programs and services. The State's “Problemsolver” website can be accessed at http://www.maryland.gov/pages/residents.aspx
Citizens can now access up-to-the-minute information on County Government through a new service now provided by Washington County at www.washco-md.net.
